Training overview
This training equips you to understand customer networks comprehensively and assist them with inventory-related tasks, including identifying end-of-life products and addressing vulnerabilities. You’ll also learn to proactively identify and manage both external and internal threats, while preparing customers for seamless migration to the Customer Experience/Product Experience (CX/PX) Cloud platform.
Prerequisites
To fully benefit from this course, you should have the following knowledge and skills:
- You should have access to the Cisco Common Service Platform Collector (CSPC). This could be through a Smart Net Total Care, Success Tracks, or Solutions Support contract.

- Describe the CSPC and articulate its benefits
